TEHRAN- Iran’s South Pars Phase 11 has reached a major milestone: after years of delays and the withdrawal of foreign partners such as France’s Total and China’s CNPC, the project has achieved its nominal production ceiling of 1 billion cubic feet per day at offshore position B, relying on domestic expertise.
